Ovarian Cancer Survivor: Chemo + Tian Xian Liquid

Mrs. Tai
56 years old
Tawau, Sabah, Malaysia

I was very dogmatic about developing good habits for a healthy lifestyle. I sleep and wake up early. I do exercises every day. My favorite sport is walking hills. I cultivated healthy dietary habits, eating mostly fruit and vegetables and cutting down on junk food. But still, I became ill with a serious illness.

Fearless Knowing that God Was with Me

In early 2009, I began to have numerous troubling symptoms. I felt tired all the time, my appetite deteriorated and constipation worsened progressively. I went for a medical check-up in July and the doctor found a big tumour about 13.6 cm in my ovary. Since it was big, it pressed on my intestines, causing constipation. The doctor confirmed that it was a malignant tumour. I had cancer.

I was not extremely devastated because I am a devout Christian and I have yielded my life to the Lord. I knew the Lord wanted me to go through this. I knew He would take good care of me, so I was not afraid.

During the same week of my diagnosis, I had surgery to remove the entire ovary at the Hospital University Malaya. My oncologist said I should start chemotherapy in 4 weeks, after my wound has healed.

My Providential Encounter with Tian Xian Liquid

When my Christian friends learned of my cancer, they prayed for me so that I would recover quickly. A lot of well-meaning friends provided me with information about coping with cancer. One day, a Christian sister told me her husband once had cancer of the nose. They were in Hong Kong back then and a friend recommended a herbal medicine called Tian Xian pill, which helped her husband tremendously.

One day, my sister suddenly recalled seeing an advertisement about TXL in a health magazine but she couldn’t remember which one. We had a pile of magazines at home and it seemed nearly impossible to find it. My sister prayed hard that I would find the TXL ad as soon as possible. Her prayers were answered!

One day, I opened a drawer and there was a health magazine on top of a pile of magazines. I flipped through it and I found the advertisement. I dialed the number in the ad and spoke to Mr. Chong Ah Kow of Tombo Enterprise, the agent for TXL in Malaysia. It was a miraculous moment — it was God’s will to give me the best help.

My understanding husband went with me to buy TXL; it was the second week after my operation. I started taking TXL on July 27. A week later, the doctor discovered that I had recovered speedily and my wound had healed nicely. I did not have to wait 4 weeks for the chemotherapy, so I started the treatment just 3 weeks after the surgery.

Completing Chemo with the Help of Tian Xian Liquid

The oncologist explained that there would be 6 chemotherapy sessions for me. The side effects were quite unbearable, so he would have to stop the treatment temporarily should I become too feeble, and would only continue when I had recovered. He explained that some patients had quit halfway through the course because they became too weak for it.

The chemotherapy side effects appeared very quickly. My hair fell off almost completely. I felt lethargic, my extremities were cold, and my white blood cell count dropped sharply. Mr. Chong suggested raising the dose of TXL and throwing in Tian Xian Pill No. 3 to boost my stamina and immunity in order to counteract the side effects. He said the combination would also raise my white blood cell count and synergize chemotherapy.

Indeed, my white blood cell count rebounded after taking the combination, but it plummeted again after the subsequent chemotherapy session. Such were the harmful effects of chem. I persisted with the TXL combination during the course and managed to complete the 6 chemotherapy sessions in December 2009.

“I was a kindergarten teacher before I retired. I loved children dearly. Now I realize how beautiful and invaluable life is. This feeling has a great impact on me. It makes me cherish my health and every moment of my life.”

The Power of Faith

The oncologist was pleasantly surprised with how well I had endured chemo. He was very impressed with my calmness since being diagnosed with cancer, through surgery and chemotherapy. He said many patients fall apart after getting the diagnosis and some quit halfway through chemo due to extreme weakness. His confidence in me rose because I was calm, optimistic and energetic.

I knew in my heart that it was my Christian faith that helped me face trials with a peaceful mind, and TXL gave me the strength and nourishment to survive the ordeal.

In February 2010, I was declared free of cancer. I recovered from constipation. My appetite returned. Everything was back to normal again — even though I have to pay special attention to my diet and continue taking TXL to prevent a relapse. I live a healthy lifestyle, taking a 5-6km walk in the park every morning or evening. I enjoy the walk a lot as it relaxes me tremendously. I sleep and wake up early, say my prayers at 5 a.m. and read the bible. I eat a healthy diet.

The cancer has taught me an invaluable lesson. I am blessed to have a very understanding husband and two married children. My husband supported me throughout my ordeal — going with me to check ups, treatments, buying me medicine or looking up information about my disease and treatment. His love and care was a balm that helped heal me.

Everything valuable in my life is given to me by God — my family and my friends. The cancer was an ordeal to strengthen me, and I learned to be thankful for the recovery. God gave me peace and the courage to cancert. I will always be grateful to Him.
